People often ask me: "What happens if a sign isn't perfect?"

Well, this happens.

To the untrained eye, these might look fine. But I know where the flaws are. Maybe the stain was slightly uneven, or the laser cut wasn't crisp enough, or the wood grain had a weird knot right in the middle of a name.

It hurts to throw away hours of work and expensive materials. But my rule is simple: If I wouldn't hang it in my own home, I won't ship it to yours.

So tonight, we have a very expensive bonfire. And tomorrow, we try again until it's perfect.
