Free U.S. shipping
All orders ship free within the United States.

Production time
Every sign is handcrafted to order in our family workshop in New Port Richey, Florida. Wedding and gift signs are made and ready to ship within 2-4 business days. Business logo signs are made and ready to ship within 5-7 business days after you approve the proof.

Transit time
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Wedding and gift orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days of purchase; business logo signs typically arrive within 8-14 business days, counted from proof approval. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Ordering for a wedding?
We recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks before your ceremony date. Need it sooner? Email us at info@woodharmonyus.com before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate a rush order.

Damaged in transit
If your sign arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos - we will remake and reship it free of charge (see our Refund Policy).

International
We currently ship within the United States. For shipping outside the U.S., please contact us at info@woodharmonyus.com before placing your order.
