Custom 3D Law Enforcement Plaque: Built for Those Who Serve
Some projects carry extra weight — and this is one of them.
I recently completed this custom 3D plaque for a Special Response Team, and it was one of the most detailed builds I've done to date. The arrowhead shape, the bull skull with crossed spears and feathers, the layered lettering — every element had to be precise.
This piece is built from multiple layers of premium Baltic Birch, each cut separately and assembled by hand. The skull alone required its own layer with hand-painted white and black details to bring out the depth. The dark background layer creates that bold contrast that makes the whole design pop off the wall.
What I love about projects like this is the challenge. Unlike a family name sign where the layout is straightforward, a **custom logo plaque** like this one requires careful planning — every layer has to align perfectly, every color has to match the original design.
