Every logo is a different shape, so we size by the longest diagonal — a round badge, a wide banner or a tall crest all get the right presence. Width and height then follow your logo's own proportions.

Do I need a special file for my logo?

Nope — any file works. Just send the clearest version you have (a JPG, PNG or PDF is perfectly fine), and we'll prepare it for cutting and show you a proof before anything is made.

How much does a custom logo sign cost?

Pricing starts at $140 for an 18″ sign and scales by size up to $780 for a 56″ statement piece. The size you choose is the longest diagonal, and the exact price depends on the number of layers, colors and detail in your logo — send it over for a free, exact quote.

How long does it take?

Most signs are handcrafted in 5–7 business days after you approve the digital proof, then shipped. If you have a hard deadline (an opening, an event), tell us in your message and we'll let you know what's possible.

What is it made of?

Premium furniture-grade Baltic birch plywood — the same high-quality material trusted in fine furniture and cabinetry. Every sign is built up in multiple layers (that's how we get the true 3D depth), then hand-sanded, stained or painted to your brand colors, and sealed. Unlike a single solid board, quality birch plywood stays dimensionally stable — it resists warping, splitting and cracking — while staying strong, light, and smooth enough to hold crisp, fine detail. Mounting hardware is included, so it's ready to hang out of the box.

Can it go outdoors?

Yes — indoor or outdoor. For outdoor signs we fully seal the piece with General Finishes Exterior 450 — three thick coats. In a shaded or sheltered spot it can last up to ~25 years; in direct, blazing sun it holds up well for around 5 years, and a quick one-minute re-coat with any outdoor-rated clear spray (from any hardware store) every couple of years keeps it looking like new. Just tell us where it'll hang and we'll finish it accordingly.
